To further underscore the opulence of this one-of-a-kind event, this yacht will come fully crewed and with your choice of specialized catering or with a personalized dedicated sushi chef aboard, preparing delicious sushi, sashimi and nigiri from one of three host-selected catering packages. Japanese sake and beer pairings will also be available for you to sip on and enjoy during this unforgettable chartered cruise. SOAR’s head Chef, Jeff Roberto has been a formally trained Sushi Chef since 1985, progressively honing and expanding  his craft in specialty Japanese and asian fusion cuisine.

His Company Sushi On A Roll (SOAR) co-founded 27 years ago here in San Diego, and is the only Sushi catering company of its kind. SOAR provides Sushi for a wide array of catering and personalized culinary presentations, as well as incredible sushi making education and classes.
