Owner Chef Christophe Catering and custom pate products.
As a child in France, Christophe Le Neouanic learned to cook from his grandmother. She would take him into the forest to collect fresh hertbs, mushrooms and berries. He later refined his cooking techniques in French culinary schools. Friends and family started calling him ‘chef”, although he had no formal certification or degree. Chef Christophe cooked in a French influenced restaurant for two years, and later managed a kitchen in a restaurant on his own. Undoubtable success followed his efforts, and he began selling his foods in local farmers markets. Now he sells his authetnic French cruise in the Del Mar, Oragne County, Escondido, La Jolla, and Solana beach market locations.
One of his most popular specialites has become a distributed line of uniquely tradtional French gourmet pate products, carried by specialty markets around San Diego These family recipie pates include duck, (not to be confused with foie gras), chicken pate with black truffle or Cognac, and a distinct rustiuc pork rillette pate.
